Allan Vigil Ford Dealerships is proud to support Toys for Tots this holiday season.

The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.

We ask that you please consider joining us in helping youth around the greater Atlanta areas experience the joy of Christmas.

You can drop off toys at either of our dealerships. To find the location nearest you, click here.

Continuing to Provide The Vigil Touch

June 13, 2012

At Allan Vigil Ford Dealerships we live by The Vigil Touch. This is a standard and a way we do business, a way we approach each day. It is a relationship with our customers and our employees.

Recently, we had a customer write to us about their experience at Allan Vigil. While we normally would not share these types of letters, we were so excited that we just had to share it with you.

Below you can read the customer service letter written to us. Have a grest story to share also? We would love to hear it because at Allan Vigil we are always working to ensure that your experience is a successful and positive one!

Allen Vigil, Michael Vigil, Dennis Kerce, & Jeff Murrell

My family and I want to express our sincere appreciation for your help on Saturday June 2, 2012. While in route from Louisville Kentucky to our family vacation in Florida, the alternator in our 2000 E150 custom van failed. With the help of our GPS, we located your dealership and although we arrived just minutes before your closing time your team did not hesitate to help. Words can not express how thankful and grateful we were for your kind and caring attitude. Your efforts resulted our being able to continue on our way with very little disruption to our vacation plans.

During our vacation throughout the week, we kept telling ourselves and others how lucky we were to have found Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln and how friendly and caring everyone was during our brief visit. We just could not believe what we had experienced. You could have said sorry we are closing. You could have said sorry we do not have the parts. Although you did not have an alternator in stock, you went to the trouble to pull an alternator from an abandoned 2001 F150 you had in your service area. Not only did you stay open, find an alternator, and install the alternator, you did so without charge for either the part or the labor because Jeff Murrell said he could not guarantee the reliability of the alternator. We still can not believe what we experienced.

After returning home, without further trouble I might add, we looked up your web site and your “Why Choose Vigil?” answered our questions. We now know it was the “Vigil Touch”. Please thank your entire team for such a pleasant experience.

Thanks so very much to your extraordinary service.
